The practices of Mindfulness, implemented in various healthcare, schools and workplace settings, have been shown by research studies to promote greater self-awareness, resilience in the face of change, and deepening empathy. On a personal level, mindfulness practices incorporated into daily life can promote well-being and help break the cycle of anxiety, stress, unhappiness and exhaustion.

 This taster session will help introduce you to the concept of Mindfulness, and its potential benefits in our personal and work life. You will also be led through mindfulness exercises to personally experience it.
