The first step to interacting and working with students with disabilities is understanding the different disability types and developmental milestones. This forms the foundation for every technique and approach you will need in your working with them.

 This insightful course examines typical and atypical development and the different developmental milestones, while debunking common myths associated with disabilities. Explore the International Classification of Functioning, Disabilities and Health by World Health Organisation and get acquainted with key characteristics of ADHD, ASD, and Dyslexia.
