About Us

Established as a not-for-profit training arm of Rainbow Centre, Rainbow Centre Training & Consultancy (RCTC) aims to enskill persons and organisations to better serve persons with disabilities for a good quality of life in an inclusive society. 

Facilitators are drawn from a multi-disciplinary team of trainers and practitioners of special educators, therapists, psychologists and social workers, from an organisation with 30 years of experience serving of persons with disabilities.
